Take time out of your day to do something that makes you happy and brings joy to your life. These moments help you to feel good and that brings inspiration as it allows your mind to clear away thoughts of your day. When you do something 'just for fun' it is freeing and releases endorphins which make you feel better. Enjoying yourself is just as important as having a meditation practice in your day. These two activities are important in your well-being and enjoyment while doing your physical journey.

Your angel guidance is to go outside and play today (and everyday). Call up a friend, take a walk, go for a coffee, engage in some sports, or perhaps see a movie you have wanted to see. Allow the activity to be a respite from your daily routine. These joyful moments open up creativity and imagination and this helps with your creation process and helps you manifest your goals and intentions and brings a happier outlook to your life.
