Release any tension and bring in the energy of serenityand expanding your awareness so that you feel more confident inyour abilities to manifest your intentions and goals. Thepurification process helps you to flush away what doesn't serve youand flush away toxicities from your body and your mind and is animportant process of expansion and often misunderstood as it can beso unpleasant at first, but keep at it as it is worth theeffort.
