做一個行走冥想(又譯行禪,步行禪修)
Do a walking Meditation

每一天至少一周去進行一個行走冥想。經常在行走的時候人們很匆忙,只是從一個點前往另一個,沒有註意到周圍所有的神奇和美麗。當伴隨著意圖和意識行走,你開始看到一個不同的世界。如果你在這樣神聖的方式中開始你的一天,你會發現你對一天的展望會改變,就像你的體驗一樣。

Every day for at least a week commit to taking awalking meditation. Too often while walking people are in such ahurry and only do it to go from one point to another and pay noattention to all the wonder and beauty that surrounds them. Whenone walks with intention and awareness, you begin to see adifferent world around you. If you are able to begin your day insuch a sacred way, you will find that your entire outlook for theday will change as will your experiences.

Preferably take your walk in the morning, out innature, in the forest, on the shoreline or in a park as this alsooffers you clean air to rejuvenate your cells and being. Walk forat least 10 minutes or more if you can. Begin with a smallinvocation that opens you up to the earth and expands yourawareness and then begin to take each step with the intention tofeel and see more than ever before. Sense the feelings of your feetas they take each step and touch the ground. Close your eyes andlisten to the sounds all around you. What do you hear? What do youfeel? If you can walk barefoot upon the earth so much the better,take off your shoes and feel her. Feel the energy that she give youand allow for these sensations to permeate your entire being andconsciously take each step forward.

A walking meditation is most healing and helps tokeep your thoughts and feelings in perspective. You are worthtrying this practice as it will help you to elevate stress and helpyou maintain inner balance and harmony which then af​​fects everyoneyou touch throughout your day.
