有著一個更深層的靈性真理   There is a deeper spiritual truth

成為真實的你，而不是他人想要你成為的….成為你心中的樣子。你被請求去成為真實，關於你的所是和你的感受。但從心中這麼去做，而不是通過頭腦，在你真實的自我中，你的更高頭腦和心作為一跳動。找到對你來說重要的東西和人，從這個中心行為。看向你內在的力量，因為你比你知曉地更加強大。

Be authentic to who you are, not the image others wantyou to be...be what is in your heart. You are being asked to bereal and true pertaining to who you are and how you feel. But dothis from your heart space and not through the mind, to yourauthentic self where your higher mind and your high heart beat asone. Find out what is important to you and those around you and actfrom this centre. Look to your inner strength as you are farstronger than you know.


處於當下，通過處於每個時刻。每個時刻是一生一次的體驗，所以完全，真正，瘋狂，深度地體驗它。

Be in the present moment by being present in each moment.Each moment is a once in a lifetime experience so experience itfully, truly, madly, and deeply.


肯定：“我真正，瘋狂，深度地生活，體驗處於當下的宏偉和完整”。

Affirm: "I am living my life truly, madly, and deeply,experiencing the grandness and totality of being present in eachmoment."


就是如此  And so it is
