Oftentimes in your journey of awareness you spend much of your time doing the work of your spiritual progression and this can leave you ungrounded. You are reminded that your attention and work are also needed upon the earth as that is the purpose of doing an earthly journey . We are helping you balance the spiritual and material so that you can enjoy a more fulfilling Earthly life.

You can do this more easily when you spend time gardening, working with flower essences, adjust your diet and other lifestyle habits so that they support your mental and physical awareness and becoming more aware of your responses to the subtle energy around you. Make sure the words you speak or write are practical, grounded, and understandable. Be down to earth and authentic in your relationships and your actions with yourself and all.
