Discern the truth. When you hear an opinion or a belief, or even a story from someone else and you choose to believe it, you become a part of that belief system. Your thoughts and opinions are stronger than most realize. It is therefore most important to speak honestly and openly. Speak only what you know to be a truth and dig deeper into those you are unsure of and own your truth.

Communicate cleanly and clearly and make choices based on truth as only truth has the power to set you free.
